Responsible for the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards.
Responsible for maintaining attendance in.
Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.
Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at the center and evaluate the progress.
Work Experience
Graduate / Masters having teaching experience in grooming sector & conducting classes on Personality development and Life skills Training.
A graduate / Masters in English Literature with teaching experience in schools/ colleges.
Well versed with Excel and Power Point.
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
