Job Description

Our team of telecallers are responsible for bringing in the clients and plays an important role in Languafina’s growth. The team of telecallers work on day-to-day assignments and this profile is purely target based.

Responsibilities

• Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Encourage the customer to come for a property tour.
• Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members.
• Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements.

Education

• UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.

Desired Profile

• Candidates should have Excellent Tele-calling skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
